REFUND POLICY
This website is operated by Jet$et (“Jet$et”) Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jet$et. Jet$et offers this FRAME DAT website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, condition upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. This Refund Policy describes how your returns and refunds are to be processed when you make a purchase from us.
Returns
Our return or exchange policy is valid for up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. All customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable items, products or Services include but are not limited to:
- All customized items products or Services
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items, products or Services
- Any item, product or Services that are not in the original conditions (that is not cause by our negligence or fault)
- Any Used items, product or Services
- Any item, product or Services that is returned after the 30 days return or exchange maximum delay
- Any item, product or Services on sale
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER BEFORE RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL BY US OF YOUR REQUEST FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items, products or Services if they are defective or damaged and if we are the cause for that defect or damage. If you need to exchange the items, products or Services for the same item, send us an email at info@jetset.art. and send your item to: [™∫ª]
Gifts
If the item, product or Service was designated as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient of the Gift, then the recipient of the gift will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the recipient of the gift.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, then the refund will be applied to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
